About the play
Set in Melbourne, Australia, this play traces the odyssey of Daniel Lupus, sensualist and womaniser through the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s. From the moment of his first sexual encounter, Daniel’s creativity and sexuality become inexorably linked. His friends and lovers cannot remain untouched by Daniel’s charismatic force. (Five characters.)
‘Wolf is a powerful experience, which, because of its resonances, may leave many of us licking our wounds. From a male perspective, it may even send some of us out at the full moon to stare at the great abyss above, and if, not exactly howl, at least wonder about the dark beyond the light.’ – The Sunday Age
